Professional Installation

Floor Offers
$4.99/sq. ft. Complete Installation On Tile Flooring (200 sq. ft. or more).
Complete installation includes:
- FREE carpet or floating floor removal & hauling away
- FREE basic furniture moving
- FREE quarter round or base shoe trim installation
- FREE basic subfloor prep (up to 1/4")
- FREE tile installation materials (thinset, grout, etc.)
- Tile type: ceramic/porcelain
- Tile size: 12x12 - 18x18
- Grout joint: 3/16" or more
- Layout: Straight
Not included/extras:
- Tile underlayment, if needed.
- Glued down/nailed/adhered flooring removal is additional.
- Large Format Tile, where at least one side of a tile is larger than 18", priced separately.
- Price does not include cost of tile and trim/edge.
- Sealing can be applied for additional cost.
- Borders, cut-to-size, medallions, etc.
